Employee Availability - Blaeberry has implemented an
on-screen visual calendar, to allow quick entry and review of staff
availability.

Staffing Updates - Blaeberry Scheduling has several exciting
new staffing features, including: Single and Multi-Vacancy On-screen
Call-In, with union rule checking, staff availability and call time
tracking, On-site OT staff report and Staff Location/Position
monitoring.

Reporting -
Blaeberry has now added a new extract to assist facilities in
completing the FHA - Staffing report. This extract greatly
reduces the time required to meet reporting requirements.

HSCIS Updates 2008
Blaeberry has now released an update to our HSCIS Extract for Quarter 1
2008. The HSCIS extract report included with Blaeberry Payroll allows
our clients to quickly and easily meet current HEABC requirements for
HSCIS reporting.
(May/07) Swipe Card Interface
Blaeberry is now offering a new optional interface to the Blaeberry
Scheduling that allows the use of Swipe Cards or Fingerprint/Handprint
Scanners to track employee shifts. The new interface will allow the
user to quickly identify problems and make necessary updates to
Scheduled shifts.

conversion to Blaeberry is now available and tested.
Employee information, pay cheque details, ytd and T4
balances,
time banks & seniority totals etc. are converted automatically,
allowing for a rapid implementation cycle.
